About the Role

We’re looking for a Shopify & Klaviyo Manager with deep experience in e-commerce, Shopify, and Klaviyo to help manage the operations/marketing of e-commerce brands. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the Shopify stores and managing Klaviyo email campaigns for e-commerce brands. You'll need to have exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, plan, and oversee Klaviyo emails, consistently A/B testing and iterating for performance optimization
  • Strategize, develop, and execute monthly email and content calendars for Klaviyo email campaigns
  • Oversee all Klaviyo reporting and analytics, regularly presenting data to the internal team
  • Manage and oversee Shopify operations, including order processing, product listings, site conversion rate optimization, etc.
  • Act as the main point of contact for various projects, including corresponding with third-parties, coordinating and prioritizing meetings, and organizing events from start to finish
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and other partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create SOPs and improve existing processes
  • Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special projects tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years in a operational/admin role for an e-commerce/Shopify brand
  • 3+ years managing, creating, and designing e-commerce emails in Klaviyo
  • Experience with other Shopify apps is a plus
  • Professional fluency in English with excellent written, reading, and speaking skills
  • Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection
  • Ability to work in any US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
  • Previous experience working the overnight shift
