Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Ads Focus)

About the Role

We’re looking for a well-rounded, full-stack marketer (with a particular focus in Google and Meta paid ads) to join an exciting venture-backed, US-based B2C consumer tech startup (similar to Airbnb). You’ll be responsible for owning all paid ad and SEO strategies, with the primary goal being to drive user acquisition while lowering CPAs/CAC.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership and responsibility of paid ad and SEO strategies and execution to maximize user acquisition, supporting with other marketing efforts (social media, email marketing, partnerships, affiliates, etc.) when needed
• Regularly analyze and monitor performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, CPM, CPC, etc.) and fully manage campaigns across a broad spectrum of media channels (paid social, paid search, partnerships/affiliate, offline)
• Regularly track campaign performance to optimize, refine, and iterate on campaign strategies
• Regularly report to leadership on campaign performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience managing paid ads (and preferably SEO) for a B2C tech startup 
• Deep experience with Google and Meta Ads Manager, and preferably SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection
• Ability to work in US Pacific Time, 40 hours per week (with some potential flexibility)
