About the Role

We’re looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketer+ Shopify Manager with deep experience in e-commerce, Shopify, and Klaviyo to help manage the email marketing strategy of two e-commerce brands. Your primary goal will be to consistently improve ROI from email marketing efforts. You'll need to have exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to excel in this role. ***Email design skills are not required for this role.***

Responsibilities

  • Manage, plan, and oversee all Klaviyo emails, consistently A/B testing and iterating for performance optimization
  • Strategize, develop and execute monthly email and content calendars for Klaviyo email campaigns
  • Oversee all Klaviyo reporting and analytics, regularly presenting data to the internal team
  • Manage Shopify accounts and back-end (eg. order processing, product listings, theme edits, etc.)
  • Track email and Shopify performance on a regular basis and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special projects tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years in a operational/admin role for an e-commerce/Shopify brand
  • 3+ years managing e-commerce emails and email marketing strategies in Klaviyo
  • Professional fluency in English with excellent written, reading, and speaking skills
  • Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection
  • Ability to work in US Eastern Time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
  • Previous experience working the overnight shift
