ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a rockstar Affiliate Marketing Specialist to work with a leading DTC/e-commerce health & wellness brand. We’re looking for an experienced and strategic individual to take ownership of their affiliate and referral programs — driving awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across all social channels. In this role, you’ll build and scale brand's affiliate ecosystem from the ground up, identifying new partnership opportunities, optimizing current programs, and ensuring their affiliates are motivated, informed, and aligned with their brand message. You’ll work closely with their Head of Growth and Social Media Strategist, collaborating across departments — including the social media, content, and customer support teams — to make affiliate marketing a core driver of the brand's success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and manage the overall affiliate marketing strategy to expand brand visibility and drive sales.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates, influencers, and brand partners across global markets.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and content teams to ensure affiliate marketing campaigns align with the brand voice and content direction.
- Build a framework for affiliate training and communication — providing affiliates with clear messaging, promotional materials, and performance feedback.
- Oversee tracking, reporting, and performance analysis to ensure ROI and consistent program growth.
- Monitor social media and community trends to identify affiliate opportunities on emerging social platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook).
- Partner with the customer support and community management teams to ensure affiliates reflect the brand's customer-first approach.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing to continuously improve performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize referral incentives, affiliate commissions, and campaign messaging for maximum engagement.
- Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- You have hands-on experience managing affiliate or influencer programs, ideally within a consumer brand, wellness, or eCommerce environment.
- You’re strategic and data-driven — comfortable analyzing performance metrics, affiliate ROI, and optimizing for growth.
- You’re also creative and relationship-focused — you know how to motivate affiliates, build trust, and turn collaborations into lasting partnerships.
- You’re proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- You’re passionate about wellness, recovery, and helping a brand with purpose reach new audiences.
- Ability to work in US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
- Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
