ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly driven Influencer/Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale our client's creator, affiliate, and partnership channels. This person will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, managing, and growing relationships with influencers, affiliates, content creators, publishers, and brand partners that drive measurable revenue for our client's eCommerce business. The ideal candidate has experience building influencer and affiliate programs from the ground up, understands performance marketing metrics, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This candidate must also have strong experience with managing TikTok Shop affiliates/influencers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creator Sourcing & Outreach
  • Identify and source creators aligned with the brand's identity and audience
  • Conduct outbound outreach for gifted, affiliate, and paid partnerships
  • Build and maintain a strong, organized creator pipeline
Campaign & Relationship Management
  • Manage day-to-day communication with creators
  • Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
  • Ensure content is delivered on time and meets expectations
  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators
Program Execution
  • Support gifting, seeding, and ambassador-style programs
  • Track creator participation, content delivery, and usage rights
  • Maintain creator databases, trackers, and campaign documentation
Performance Tracking & Support
  • Track basic performance metrics such as engagement and content usage
  • Share summaries and learnings with the team
  • Help identify creators to deepen, scale, or pause partnerships with
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams
  • Support launches and campaigns by aligning creator timelines with broader plans

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management (eCommerce or consumer brand experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator programs, and social commerce trends
  • Skilled in outreach, contract management, and relationship management with creators
  • Proficient in influencer management or affiliate tools (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Collabstr, Shopify Collabs)
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
  • Ability to work in US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
