ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a rockstar Influencer Manager to work with an exciting DTC/e-commerce fandom-powered wellness brand. The brand creates functional powders for women who romanticize their rituals and sits at the intersection of wellness, storytelling, and lifestyle. We’re looking for an experienced and strategic influencer marketing expert to help execute and scale the brand's creator and influencer engine across TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, and other emerging platforms. This role matters because our brand lives where our audience lives: BookTok, Bookstagram, fandom culture, and creator-driven storytelling. You will help ensure that creators feel supported and that campaigns run smoothly.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will focus on sourcing creators, managing outreach, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining strong ongoing relationships. Strategy, creative direction, and narrative will be set by the Brand team. Your job is to make the engine run smoothly and reliably. The ideal candidate has experience managing influencer or creator campaigns for eCommerce or consumer brands, understands the dynamics of paid and organic collaborations, and is genuinely obsessed with romantasy and fantasy books, BookTok, Bookstagram, and creator culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creator Sourcing & Outreach- Identify and source creators aligned with the brand's identity and audience
- Conduct outbound outreach for gifted, affiliate, and paid partnerships
- Build and maintain a strong, organized creator pipeline
- Manage day-to-day communication with creators
- Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Ensure content is delivered on time and meets expectations
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators
- Support gifting, seeding, and ambassador-style programs
- Track creator participation, content delivery, and usage rights
- Maintain creator databases, trackers, and campaign documentation
- Track basic performance metrics such as engagement and content usage
- Share summaries and learnings with the Brand team
- Help identify creators to deepen, scale, or pause partnerships with
- Partner closely with Brand, Social, and Growth teams
- Support launches and campaigns by aligning creator timelines with broader plans
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management (eCommerce or consumer brand experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator programs, and social commerce trends
- Skilled in outreach, contract management, and relationship management with creators
- Proficient in influencer management or affiliate tools (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Collabstr, Shopify Collabs)
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
- Ability to work in US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) - likely in US Pacific Time
- Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
