ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer + Video Editor that specializes in creating designs and assets for e-commerce brands. You’ll be working with a food e-commerce brand to create visually-stunning assets and content that captures attention and increases engagement. You’ll need to have exceptional creative and design skills with full English fluency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Email Design: Create visually appealing and responsive email templates that effectively communicate promotions, new products, and brand messaging
- Landing Page Design: Develop engaging landing pages that convert website visitors into customers by showcasing product features, benefits, and compelling calls to action
- Social Media Graphics: Design eye-catching graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, to increase brand visibility and drive engagement
- Content Editing: Collaborate with the content team to edit and enhance raw content captured from photoshoots, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and visual style
- Video Editor & Creator: Create engaging video content for ads and social media (with a heavy emphasis on leveraging AI tools) to support promotions, marketing campaigns and enhance Crowd Cow’s brand
- Asset Creation: Create a variety of visual assets, such as infographics, icons, and illustrations, to support marketing campaigns and enhance brand consistency
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and execute on design concepts that align with the brand’s business and marketing goals
- Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years as a Graphic Designer for a DTC/Shopify/e-commerce brand
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience working with AI content generation tools is a plus
- Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills
- Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection
- Ability to work in any US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
- Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
