ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a creative and hard-working individual to join our client's team as an AI Video Content Associate. In this role, you will receive branded images from our clients and transform them into engaging AI-generated videos. (No video editing experience is necessary; we will teach you how to use AI video generation tools!) You will also be responsible for photo editing using Photoshop (Photoshop proficiency is a MUST), along with managing project pipelines, ensuring quality, and tracking the status of video requests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • AI Video Generation: Take brand-provided images and convert them into AI-generated video content. Follow project requirements and brand guidelines to maintain consistency.
  • Photo Management & Editing: Organize and maintain the collection of brand images in a structured library. Perform simple photo edits using photoshop, ensuring visual accuracy. Make any necessary adjustments to meet AI tool specifications (dimensions, file formats, etc.).
  • Project Coordination: Track and manage the flow of requests, maintaining an up-to-date project pipeline. Prioritize tasks and communicate status updates to the team. Ensure timely delivery of final AI videos to relevant stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Review generated videos for accuracy and brand compliance. Identify potential issues in images or videos and make corrections as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the team to confirm project requirements and deadlines. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any challenges or improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent Photoshop Skills (Must-Have): Comfortable with photo manipulation and editing
  • Organization & Detail Orientation: Ability to manage multiple, quick moving projects simultaneously and keep clear records
  • Interest in AI Tools: Experience with or willingness to learn AI-driven video and image generation tools
  • Communication Skills: Capable of providing concise updates and asking clarifying questions when needed
  • Adaptability: Eager to take on new challenges and adjust to evolving project requirements.
  • Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills
  • Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection
  • Ability to work in any US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
  • Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
