About the Role
We’re looking for a well-rounded, full-stack marketer (with a focus in paid ads and SEO) to join an exciting venture-backed, US-based B2C consumer tech startup (similar to Airbnb). You’ll be responsible for owning all paid ad and SEO strategies, driving user acquisition while lowering CPAs/CAC.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership and responsibility of paid ad and SEO (paid/organic) strategies and execution to maximize user acquisition, supporting with other marketing efforts (social media, email marketing, partnerships, affiliates, etc.) when needed
- Regularly analyze and monitor performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, CPM, CPC, etc.) and fully manage campaigns across a broad spectrum of media channels (paid social, paid search, partnerships/affiliate, offline)
- Regularly track campaign performance to optimize, refine, and iterate on campaign strategies
- Regularly report to leadership on campaign performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience managing paid ads and SEO for a B2C tech startup
- Deep experience with Meta/TikTok/Google Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.), and Google Analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection
- Ability to work in US Pacific Time, 40 hours per week
